Strategic Alignment & Market Assessment
Clarity on where you are, where you could go, and what to prioritize to get you there.
When the Next Move Is Not Obvious, Start Here
For companies entering or considering entry into animal nutrition and wellness, evolving an existing portfolio, or sensing opportunity without a clear path forward, G&GC offers a focused strategic assessment designed to reduce uncertainty and create momentum. Whether you are actively building a plan or still evaluating where you could credibly play, the assessment brings clarity on fit, opportunity, and what should happen next.
Sometimes the challenge is not a formulation question, a regulatory question, or a launch question. The challenge is knowing where to begin.
Teams may have strong ideas, early research, a promising pipeline, or pressure to enter a new category, but they may lack clarity on which opportunities are strongest, where risk is hiding, and which decisions need to come first. This assessment brings those questions into focus.
Angie approaches this work as someone who has been on both sides of these decisions. She’s been a scientist evaluating technical feasibility and an executive evaluating business risk. That dual perspective is what makes the assessment more than an analysis. It is built for decision-making.
EXECUTIVE ADVISORY
Some of the most important decisions in a business do not fit neatly into a service category. They involve tradeoffs across products, claims, regulatory posture, organizational structure, and market timing, and they carry consequences that outlast any single project.
Grain & Grace Consulting offers executive advisory for leaders who need a trusted advisor with the scientific depth and organizational experience to help them think through what is actually at stake. Angie has sat in the executive seat, been accountable for these decisions, and that perspective is what she brings to advisory work.
THIS TYPE OF WORK IS FOR LEADERS WHO ARE:
Navigating a significant strategic decision with multi-function implications
Building or restructuring a product portfolio and need an experienced sounding board
Trying to align scientific, regulatory, and commercial leadership around a shared direction
Evaluating a market entry, acquisition, or partnership and need honest technical and strategic input
Looking for a long-term advisory relationship versus a one-time project
WHAT GRAIN & GRACE CONSULTING BRINGS TO ADVISORY WORK
Angie does not come to advisory work as a generalist. She comes as a multi-species nutritionist with a Ph.D. in Animal Science, ICF certification, and 15+ years of executive experience in corporate animal health and nutrition. That means the guidance is grounded in scientific reality and tempered by organizational experience and not theoretical frameworks.
Advisory relationships are limited. Angie works with a select number of clients at any given time to ensure the depth of engagement that this work requires.
STEWARDSHIP ADVISORY
Stewardship Is Not a Tagline
For Grain & Grace Consulting, stewardship is the reason the company was built. It is why every engagement is led personally by Angie rather than delegated. It is why Workflow Wednesday is free and non-gated. It is why Grain & Grace Fellows was created to invest in professionals who are building what comes next in animal health, agriculture, and nutrition.
Stewardship means being careful with what has been built and deliberate about what comes next. It means making decisions with long-term responsibility in mind and not just about what gets a product to market fastest. It is about what protects trust, performance, and impact over time.
